    - 5 -10 years' service: 2.5 times the monthly net salary
    - 10 -15 years' service, 3.5 times the monthly net salary
    - 15 - 20 years' service, 4.5 times the monthly net salary.
    - 20 - 25 years' service, 6 times the monthly net salary
    - + 25 years' service, 7 times the monthly net salary.
